500 Player Civilisation Event: 4 Island Experiment

500 players. 4 islands. No scripts. No forced teams. No predetermined outcome.

When the event begins, you will find yourself on one of four fully handcrafted islands: dense jungle, open plains, cracked badlands, or frozen tundra. Every island is completely different. Different terrain, different resources, different dangers. Nothing is equal. Nothing is fair. And that is exactly the point.

You begin isolated. There is no way to reach other islands from the start. No factions plugin telling you who your allies are. No claim plugin protecting your stuff. No rules telling you who to fight or who to trust. Every civilisation, every alliance, every betrayal, and every war that happens will be built entirely by the people playing. The server does not script outcomes. It only provides the world.

But surviving is not enough.

At the heart of each island lies an ancient altar, the source of your island's power. Each island is home to a creature unique to its land. Hunt it down. Bring what it drops to your altar. Keep it alive. The more your civilisation contributes, the stronger your island stays. But after every session the scores are tallied across all four islands. The island that falls behind begins to crack and decay, spreading outward from the altar. The longer you fall behind, the worse it gets. And if your altar goes silent for too long, your island is destroyed, forcing every single player on it to flee and find a new home on a surviving island.

Two islands will fall before the end. The world shrinks. The pressure builds. And whatever happens in those final sessions is entirely down to the players left standing.

This is not a 24/7 server. The event runs across 10 scheduled sessions, each lasting around 4 hours, planned and announced in advance. Every session matters. Every decision counts. The choices you make in session one could define what happens in session ten.

Custom plugins reshape each island's environment from the ground up. What grows, what survives, and what the land itself does to you is different depending on where you are. Walls separate every island from each other, with dedicated crossing points that open as the event progresses, turning the gates between islands into some of the most contested and dangerous places on the map.
